Sky Spa Sauna Policies

Sky Spa Sauna is a family-friendly facility, we expect all visitors to adhere to our policies in order to maintain a welcoming environment for everyone. Violation of our regulations will be cause for ejection from our facility, without refund or compensation. Sky Spa Sauna policies are listed, but not limited to those mentioned below. Listed are the explanations of our expectations for our guests, these will be strictly enforced.

The overall atmosphere is created and affected by everyone within the facility, so please help foster a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone to enjoy.

PUBLIC MORALS
BEHAVIOR

Sky Spa Sauna expects all guests to behave in an appropriate socially acceptable manner. Any form of inappropriate activity, unruly behavior, discrimination, and/or profanity will be cause for ejection. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising and accompanying minors, and monitoring their actions and adherence to rules and regulations. For the comfort of all guests, Sky Spa Sauna does not allow any form of public displays of affection, including but not limited to hugging, kissing, touching, sitting on laps, etc. Any individuals found loitering in areas will be subject to immediate ejection without refund.

PERSONAL ETIQUETTE

Refrain from loud conversations and/or noises, especially inside the sauna rooms and rest areas, be respectful of your surroundings and others around you, it is expected that you clean up after yourselves. Place all Sky Spa items, including used towels, toiletries, hair dryers, etc., in their appropriate places, so that others can enjoy them as well. Do not jump or splash inside the pools or act in a reckless manner. When in the locker room area, refrain from any activity or behavior that can or will cause danger or discomfort to others, including, but not limited to, inappropriate social behavior. Understand and respect the tradition “formal bath house” culture and act accordingly.

ALCOHOL AND CANNABIS CONSUMPTION

Any intoxicated persons will be denied entrance into our facility. Once inside, a maximum of 3 alcoholic beverages from the bar is allowed per person. For health and safety reasons, any person under the influence is not permitted in the sauna or steam rooms. Sky Spa Sauna holds a No Tolerance policy against Under-age drinking and drunk behavior. Guests found in possession of outside alcohol or cannabis product will be immediately dismissed from the premises, without refund. No alcohol or cannabis products are to be brought on the property for any reason.

SMOKING

Sky Spa Sauna is a smoke-free and vape-free environment. Guests may use a designated smoking area 15 feet away from the building for smoking and vaping.

CELL PHONE

Cell phone use throughout the Spa is strongly discouraged. Refrain from cell phone use inside the saunas, in our rest areas (including the Indoor Pool), and treatment rooms. Be respectful and aware of your surroundings and those around you.

FACILITY USE
DRESS CODE

Sky Spa Sauna is a coed family friendly facility, proper Spa attire is required at all times. Swimwear must be worn in all public spaces outside the locker rooms. Proper spa footwear is mandatory in the sauna and pool areas. Absolutely no outside footwear will be tolerated in those areas. Uniforms cannot be worn inside pools. For your own safety, long hair must be restrained with swimming cap or hair bun. Absolutely no cotton t-shirts or non-swimwear pants will be allowed inside the pools. Any individual that must wear shirts/pants inside swimming pool for religious or medical reasons, shall wear ONLY swimwear overalls. (i.e. wetsuit, swim grade shirts and swim grade pants), NO EXCEPTIONS.

ID Required

A valid form of government ID is required at check-in for all guests. NO EXEPTIONS.

RESTRICTIONS, OR LIMITED ACCESS

Sky Spa Sauna reserves the right to close and/or restrict access to any area of the facility without prior notice.  All guests agree to read and abide by all regulations and caution signs throughout the facility, and should take special notice within the sauna and spa pool areas.

Neglect or misuse to any property including, but not limited to, furniture, communal toiletry, equipment, locker keys, towels, robes will be grounds for ejection. The cost of repair and replacement will be compensated by the guilty party.

Elderly persons and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, should consult with a physician prior to use. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times for safety.

RESERVATION

Reservations are required for services. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Payment for the services are taken when booking your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to service. No refunds will be made with less than a 24 hour notice. Spa service expectations are timely, so please plan accordingly.

INTERNET USE

Our Free Wi-Fi is a complimentary service offered to our visitors. It should not be used to download any illegal documents or files, or any explicit materials. Sky Spa & Sauna reserves the right to revoke this privilege from any visitors.

CHARGES
PAYMENT

The only acceptable forms of payment are cash, Discover, Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Card must be physically available for use. ID’s will be checked when needed.

REFUNDS
ENTRANCE FEE

Once you have checked-in, no refunds will be administered. No re-entrance onto premises.

ACCUMULATED BALANCE

No refunds will be administered. Diligently confirm your accumulated tab and always be conscious of your balance. This responsibility is to left to each customer. Any issues or concerns must be addressed immediately.

LOST LOCKER KEYS

Keep your locker key on you at all times. Any lost, stolen, or damaged locker keys will be the responsibility of the guest assigned to that number or others in the group. In the case of a lost key, you will be responsible for a penalty fee of $25. The accumulated balance made throughout the visit, including any addition cost resulting from misplacing the key, must be paid in addition to the penalty.

OUTSIDE ITEMS
PERSONAL BELONGINGS

All personal items and clothing must be stored in your assigned locker. Make sure that your locker is securely locked. Sky Spa Sauna is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Items left at lost and found will not be the responsibility of Sky Spa Sauna. Please note that Security boxes are available at reception for any valuable items.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

In addition to, but not limited to, all items previously mentioned, the following are not permitted at any time:

  • Firearms and explosives
  • Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray
  • Knives, or any sharp or spiked items.
  • No illegal drugs.
FOOD, DRINKS, AND OTHER OUTSIDE MATERIALS

No alcohol or any other outside food or beverages are allowed inside. Sky Spa Sauna will not store any personal food or beverages, no exceptions.

MISCELLANEOUS
PHOTOGRAPHY

You may not take photographs or video within the locker rooms. You may not take photographs or video of the facility without the advance approval of Sky Spa Management. Distribution, publication, or any use of any photos taken of or within our facility is strictly prohibited. Sky Spa Sauna reserves the right to refuse admittance for photography or confiscate any recording materials.

ILLNESS

Sky Spa Sauna reserves the right to deny entrance to any persons with a contagious illness, skin conditions, or any conditions that make others uncomfortable and/or question Health Code regulations and cleanliness.

Sky Spa Sauna reserves the right to change or implement new policies without advance notice.
